Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at VAYRA. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or holiday periods may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They exclude our 2–5 day processing time.

Note: VAYRA currently ships within the United States. If you also ship internationally, add the destination countries, rates, and delivery windows here.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

4. Shipping Delays

VAYRA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, extreme weather, carrier delays, or natural disasters. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

VAYRA is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout but lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at macglobalstnstores@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. VAYRA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at macglobalstnstores@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Include this section only if you ship outside the U.S.: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
